You can contact us by either phone or email with the information about your event. Please include the following:

• Your name
• Your telephone number (important) with area code if you do not live in The Dalles.
• Date of the Event
• Location of the Event
• How many people will be attending?
• Type of Event (include a theme, if you have one)

We will call you to confirm your order, to answer any questions you might have and to give you an estimate on cost, and confirm your event date. Our sincere desire is to help you have the most exciting and wonderful event possible.

What we provide

In addition to elegant and scrumptious catered meals, hors d'oeuvres, party platters, and desserts, we provide the following:

1. The quoted meal prices are for "buffet style" only and include glass plates, silverware, and paper napkins. Hors d'oeuvre prices are for food only--dinnerware is priced separately.
2. Prices quoted include up to two staff members. There is an additional charge of $15.00 per hour for each additional staff member required.
3. We do not stock table linens or cloth napkins, but at your request we can make the arrangements for you to rent linens.
4. We furnish all paper products at a cost of $1.50 per person. Glass dinnerware is available at a cost of $2.00 per person. This includes all items your function will be needing: dinner, salad, & dessert plates, silverware, coffee cups, & paper napkins. Please notify us if you prefer to supply your own dinnerware and cutlery, and we can make an adjustment.
5. Wine glasses and dessert plates are available at a cost of 35 cents each.
6. Although we do not carry a liquor license, we employ trained and licensed alcohol servers who would be pleased to be of assistance with your function. The charge is $15.00 per hour per licensed server.
7. A 15% gratuity charge will be added to the invoice total.

Delivery

Delivery is free in The Dalles area with a 45 cents per mile charge outside of the local area. We travel anywhere you would like us to go. 4Cs Catering is in The Dalles Oregon, right in the middle of the beautiful Mid Columbia River Gorge.

Remember, our rates are very reasonable and our food is delicious as well as beautiful. We can provide for any size group, from the small family event, to lavish, formal banquets. The listed prices are subject to change without notice, as is the cost per mile for delivery outside The Dalles.
